Refunds are provided with 30 days notice before the event where you have purchased a single event ticket. If you have purchased all three events, refunds are provided with 30 days notice before the first event. No refunds will be provided thereafter for the second or third event as we have already reserved your spot and discounted the price.
If you cannot make it to the event at the last minute, you can find a replacement to attend the event on your behalf and email us hello@vivaresults.com so that you get all the event info on time.
